Cancellations will not be charged unless it happens more than 4 times in a calendar month.
Payment can be made either at the end of the week or monthly, in which case I will send an invoice.
Payment should be within 14 days and can be done by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
Owners will be required to complete a registration form which includes the name(s) and contact number(s) of someone capable of making a decision relating to their dog in an emergency. If no one is contactable then this form also gives me permission to make a decision about emergency treatment for the dog following advice from the veterinary surgeon.
